This program aims to help IMGs looking to relocate to Australia and help them navigate through the complex healthcare system.

The Process
Candidates who are looking for a mentor will fill out an application with details regarding their medical career thus far and what they hope to achieve in Australia.
Applications will be forwarded first to KP Balan, who will review them.
Mentees can also look up the Mentors list on KP Balan’s website and request for the mentor of their choice to guide them during their journey.
Once the applications and requests are reviewed, the candidates will be streamlined to the panel of mentors that best suits each candidate based on career preference and experience.
The Mentee and the Mentor will then liaise with each other, either online or face to face, depending on the availability and preference of the mentor. The frequency and number of sessions will also be decided between them.
Feedback from the Mentor and Mentee will be gathered at regular intervals throughout the year to maintain quality of the mentorship program. Any sort of disrespect, foul language and unprofessionalism will not be tolerated and the mentor or the mentee will be removed from the program.
